| Bio: | I am a midget Lithuanian princess who ran away at the age of three to join a traveling show choir. Now the wizened old age of one-hundred and twenty-one, I amuse myself by sending dead roses to the children of the neighborhood when they lose their last tooth. I am solely responsible for the invention of sliced bread, although I must say that my dog, Spike XVI, who came after Spike XIV, had much to do with it. Other than that, I enjoy spending my time reading books on dissection and chasing cats into my rosebushes, where they become entangled and are left to hung on the sharp thorns for the bird’s pleasure - thus does the predator become the prey, in a fitting grotesque way. I have a doctorate in Bioethics, another in Medieval Church Organum (not the same as Orgasms, although those are quite interesting too), and a third in American Studies. I was featured in a brief role in Bentley Little's fantastic book The Ignored, where I walked into a grocery store and promptly had my breasts felt by an invisible man. He was so depressed that there was so little to feel that he became even more invisible and ended up marrying his dog, named Jane, and having two twin daughters who were actually mutant aliens. When I am bored I enjoy engineering genetically cloned superhuman babies, hiding them under toilet lids when the FBI comes to investigate. Although I occasionally sing in showers, I have retired from my long career at the Met in NYC, preferring instead the quiet stardom of my Pulitzer Prize. After turning down the Nobel Peace Prize, I have decided to start over again with a new set of lungs purchased on the black market and attempt my twentieth ultramarathon. Other than that I am a completely normal, functioning human being who lives in poverty in Eugene, OR. | |
